	Students agree that PMMIU/TheAcademy.com, and/or any of their staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies in course data, or any liability that may result therefrom. Students also agree that PMMIU/TheAcademy.com is not responsible for their inability to login to the courses, either because of poor Internet connections, incorrect typing of logins and passwords, and/or browser incompatibility. PMMIU/TheAcademy.com will make every effort to ensure that our servers remain operational 24 hours a day. However, there may be times when the servers are down due to power outages, network problems, or regular maintenance. Students agree that this is normal, and that they will not hold PMMIU/TheAcademy.com responsible for these infrequent outages. Students also agree that they may not give out logins and/or passwords to other users. PMMIU/TheAcademy.com reserves the right to cancel any registration, if PMMIU/TheAcademy.com discovers that a student account is being used by more than one person, or if a login/password is given to another person, regardless of whether they actually use it. By participating in the PMMIU, you agree to not distribute any copyrighted material for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to study material, questions, and rationale. The sharing of user login information, to share course material or for any purpose, is strictly prohibited. Students agree that PMMIU/TheAcademy.com may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. CANCELLATION POLICY Open enrollment registration cancellation must be received ten business days prior to your scheduled workshop in order to receive a refund. You will be charged a $100 fee for your cancellation or you have the option of rescheduling for a future iteration of the same workshop at no cost. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be granted for e-learning courses or webinars. PRIVACY POLICY Depending on what you do when you visit any Web site, you are providing information about your visit to the site's owners. This includes PMMIU/TheAcademy.com. We value privacy and think you do too, so we want you to have the information you need to make your own decisions about your personal privacy.
