CANCELLATION POLICY
Open enrollment registration cancellation must be received ten business days prior to your scheduled workshop in order to receive a refund. You will be charged a $100 fee for your cancellation or you have the option of rescheduling for a future iteration of the same workshop at no cost. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be granted for e-learning courses or webinars.
